Declaration of Sovereignty of Halaib Triangle and the Bir Tawil Triangle

In my capacity as an aboriginal, an indigenous man and as a King I bear witness to this Sovereignty.

THE FOUNDING CHARTER OF THE IMPERIAL CULTURAL & HERITAGE SEAT OF NUMIDORIA

Established upon the Halaib Triangle & Bir Tawil Territory By His Imperial Royal Majesty Muja’Dib Jamel Ben Ha’Melek El’Sori-Oser VIII Senior Emperor of the African Diaspora & Sovereign of Numidoria PREAMBLE In the Name of the Most High, the Great I Am, I, His Imperial Royal Majesty Muja’Dib Jamel Ben Ha’Melek El’Sori-Oser VIII, Senior Emperor of the African Diaspora and Sovereign of the Kingdom of Numidoria, hereby establish a Cultural and Heritage Seat upon the territories commonly known as the Halaib Triangle and the Bir Tawil Triangle.

These lands—one disputed, one unclaimed—have remained without a unified cultural mandate or diaspora stewardship. As the descendants of ancient African monarchs reclaim their historical identity and dignity, it becomes necessary to designate a symbolic homeland for the restoration of African dignity, lineage, sovereignty, and spiritual heritage. This charter does not seek to interfere with or violate the sovereign claims of any modern nation-state. Instead, it establishes a Non-Political, Cultural, Royal, and Humanitarian Jurisdiction dedicated to the African Diaspora worldwide. 

A Sovereign entity exists as Numidia. As established by its Declaration of Sovereignty. Numi Kingdom of 202 BC was re-established as a Kingdom in 2010 CE. Being the highest level of authority regarding all entity matters, we are led by H.R.M. King: Muja 'Dib Jamel El'Oser مجديب جميل العسر High King of African Diaspora. We have a petition to hold land without conflict with existing claims of statehood or rights to territorial land. Due to the verifiable historical documentation, we are a Sovereign Entity that has chosen Numi-Numidoria as its base name and the King's royal word exists as association an model in principle, nature and substance.
